How have you all been enjoying the festival so far? I heard its been very active with fire... and not the dragon kind... thats right: FIREWORKS! How fun has it been having fun prizes to go after? 
The ✨ Medieval Magic ✨ continues in September as we head into our first Festival activity... a quest series! Read on below for more information.

We hope you have been enjoying the Castle Fireworks: Remixed updates! It has been such a treat seeing the community continue to play and try for those cool prizes. Have your scores only gotten higher and higher?!

‼️ Please note the following announcement... ‼️
We have received multiple reports about the following issues:
- Frozen, Paused, or Delayed scores
- A "Waiting for Results" / "Waiting for the other players to finish"
- No Prizes or Awards given after being sent back to the Lobby

The issues listed above are typically involved in cases when player(s) are tabbing out of the active fireworks mini-game session. While we are doing our best to investigate & mitigate these issues, it is important to avoid tabbing out mid-game so that you AND your fellow participants are less likely to be affected.

If the issues persist, please submit an in-game bug report detailing the conditions of that affected session.

We've updated our Hidden Mickey Quest (II) and have updated it to match the OG experience. You must now use your in-game camera to take a photo of any hidden mickeys you find around the kingdom! (Return to VMK Central and click the screen for a list of ones that you've found already).

Starting today: join us for the first of four quests to become a knight!

Quest 1: Goofy's Silly Side Quest will be available from Monday, September 14th through game closing on Thursday, September 17th.

Quest 2: Minnie's Castle Fireworks Quest will be available from Thursday, September 17th through game closing on Monday, September 21st.

Quest 3: Donald's Marksmanship Quest is available from Sunday, September 20th through game closing on Wednesday, September 23rd.

Quest 4: Mickey's Navigation Quest is available from Wednesday, September 23rd through game closing on Saturday, September 26th.

Who knows, by the 4th quest, maybe you'll be prepared for what's coming in October... 🔥

Looking for even MORE fun? Make sure you join us at our next Community Event! Staff members from our Guest Experience Team (GET) regularly schedule fun activities and get togethers both in game and on Discord.

As a general rule of thumb, our community events do not explicitly give out prizes or rewards.



Once a month, guests can attend a pin trading event at the top of the guest rooms list, where they can trade pins with staff!

Guests can collect up to six exclusive pins, or trade for pins they’re missing if one appears on a staff member’s lanyard.
Please note that staff-exclusive pins are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis! Additional details, such as eligible pin criteria and how event-exclusive pins will be distributed, can be found on the event page. Be sure to review all information before attending!

**We are excited to announce that we are now casting for experienced and capable quest-writers! As we approach the release of in-game Quests, we want to expand our team to keep up with this added feature of engagement. We are looking for talented and creative writers to join our HOST Department. 

💻 Game or Web Development – responsible for coding new in-game features and website content

📝 Public Relations – responsible for social media and writing publications used to promote the game

📰 Graphic Design – responsible for graphical content related to branding of the game (note: this role is under "PR" however if any interested applicants are specifically skilled in graphic design we would love for you to still apply!)

✨ Guest Experience Team – responsible for moderation of the game and Discord
