- Discord Community: Join our Discord server to connect with other players, ask questions in the community channels, or reach out directly to staff members (look for the VMK Legacy Staff role).

Game Hours
Just like the original VMK, VMK Legacy closes during the night to give our servers a rest. Our typical operating hours are 9 AM - 1 AM Eastern Time, with extended hours during special holidays and events. Check the homepage for today's specific hours.
If you try to log in during closed hours, you'll see a message indicating when the game will reopen. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Troubleshooting
Experiencing technical issues, glitches, or unexpected behavior? Before reaching out for help, please try these troubleshooting steps in order:
- Refresh the page: Sometimes a simple page refresh resolves temporary issues.
- Clear your browser cache: Stale cached data can cause problems. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.
- Disable browser extensions: Ad blockers, privacy extensions, or other browser add-ons can sometimes interfere with the game. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
- Update your browser: Make sure you're using the latest version of your web browser. Outdated browsers may not support all the features VMK Legacy uses.
- Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try disconnecting and reconnecting if needed.
- Report the issue: If you've tried all the above steps and the problem persists, please submit a detailed bug report to help our development team identify and fix the issue.
