Get your sneakers on: VMKL's annual Turkey Trot is coming up! What are YOU thankful for!?
VMKL Staff have decorated parts of the kingdom to decorate for the upcoming Turkey Trot with scenes that convey what they are thankful for.
Some of you have already noticed, and we LOVE that you're taking pictures! Keep it coming! But–here's an added fun activity for ya: Can you guess which VMKL staff decorated each location? & What do you think they're thankful for based on the decor?
UPDATE 10/31/25:
From 11/1 to 11/16 (the rest of Witchtober), the four trials will be ran TWO times each!
- Each event will be held for 30 minutes & accessible through the Guest Room List
- Tickets ("Leaves of Hallowed Ground") are still required to enter
- These trials will ONLY award proofs of completion. No consolation prizes will be distributed for failed attempts

The VMK Legacy Staff Team is looking for qualified applicants to join our team! At this time, we are searching for applicants for the positions in bold+underlined, however below is a description of all positions on the VMK Legacy staff team.
🖌️ Digital Artist – responsible for creating new in-game content including clothing, furniture, and pins
🎢 HOST – responsible for in-game events, including room creation and event supervision
💻 Game or Web Development – responsible for coding new in-game features and website content
📝 Public Relations – responsible for social media and writing publications used to promote the game
📰 Graphic Design – responsible for graphical content related to branding of the game (note: this role is under "PR" however if any interested applicants are specifically skilled in graphic design we would love for you to still apply!)
✨ Guest Experience Team – responsible for moderation of the game and Discord
The application will begin with general questions and then redirect you to questions for the specific department you are applying for.

VMK Legacy introduced 'The Legacy Contributor' program in efforts to give talented guests a way to contribute to the magic! We realize there are many players who have significant nostalgia related to the CL program, so we plan to expand the scope of our LC program to allow for players to contribute in ways that do not require digital art or graphic design skills in the future. At this time our program is not accepting applications as the program is being reimagined!
Even though the program is officially closed at this time those who are particularly interested are invited to reach out to staff to discuss more!
